Original Berliner Weisse (ABV 3%)

Traditional Berliner Weisse with historic yeasts. Fermented with Brettanomyces strains from up to 50 year old bottles, so a closer replica of the historical original profile is not possible. Slightly sour, fruity, sparkling and wild.
