Made in collaboration with our friends at Stu Mostów, in Poland, this Pastry Philly Sour is a real feast for the palate, sweet and full of unique flavours.

Lactose, fruit, cinnamon and wafer flavours create an effect reminiscent of a soft cinnamon roll. Like a dessert in a glass, this beer will surprise you with sweetness and aromatic richness. The souring with Philly Sour yeast gives the beer a clean and pleasant acidity and gives it all its character!
